Return Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new handcrafted jewelry - that is why we developed a return policy that allows you to enjoy your pieces right away.

How to make a return

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Step 1: Contact us at hello@lucykitty.com with your order number or receipt. Please let us know the reason for the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Step 2: We will review your return request and respond to you within 48 hours. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and if approved, a full refund minus the initial shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Step 4: Your return is complete and refund is processed. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Exchanges

If you are interested in exchanging your jewelry for other pieces, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

What to do if your order arrives damaged

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
