Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return:

  1. Go to your Account.
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Enter this six-digit verification code to log in.
  5. Go to Orders, and click the order you want to return
  6. Click Request Return, and select the item(s) you want to return, along with the reason for the return.
  7. Click Request Return. 

Once your return is accepted, we will issue a return label for you to use, which will be sent to your email. 

You can then print the label, and use it send the items back in their original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item(s), unworn and unused, we will refund your original payment method (minus return shipping).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a full refund less the original shipping cost will be refunded to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. 

Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
